Thanks, Rachel. I use manual settings — I control the shutter speed and aperture. That way, I decide whether I want the ground, the blue sky or the clouds to be exposed correctly. In this case, I wanted the blue sky correct. Can you believe I took this from the turnpike when I could find a clear shot! Of course I wasn’t driving.
