My sister’s family celebrated a very memorable Easter with us on Sunday. Here are a few shots of the pretty. Otherwise I was hosting, cooking, visiting and having fun. I didn’t get any pictures of the egg hunt in the pouring rain, or many of the the happy tables filled with food and laughing kids. We LOVE this day, though we celebrate the resurrection all year.

Spring wins. Every year. And I’m still surprised and delighted!
This is not the current state of my crabapple tree, but it will be soon. And for that I’m very grateful!
Alan and I enjoyed a fireside dinner in for Valentine’s Day. I made chocolate mousse, Alan picked up dinner from The Temperance House, and all the kids bustled downstairs for dinner and a movie. What a fun time to celebrate!
